Employees

Welcome to the Williams employee page. This online source provides Williams employees and their spouses access to information concerning employee health and wellness benefits and more.

For people who work at Williams, this Web page serves as a means to access certain resources when you're unable to access the Williams intranet. The Williams intranet, MyWilliams, remains your primary channel for company news, benefits and other information.

Hurricane Ike Update

Williams News Bulletin: Hurricane Ike Aftermath for Tuesday, Sept. 16 (3:00 p.m. CDT)

Williams Tower Update
The Williams Tower in Houston remains open and employees may return to work. Please continue to use your best judgment about deciding whether to come to work and keep your supervisor updated.  The safety and well-being of our employees is our first concern.

If you do plan to return to work, please be advised of the following:

  • The water quality in the building may not be fit for consumption and should be boiled before drinking.  Bottled water is coming from Tulsa to Houston, and should arrive during the day on Wednesday.  There is also water available on the 3rd floor – contact Tim Nelson.
  • Building management is keeping the air conditioning turned down to help prevent mold problems.  Bring a sweater or jacket to wear at work.

For emergency assistance, call 911.  For health and human service assistance from organizations such as the Red Cross or FEMA, call 211.  To request assistance from Williams, call 1-800-WILLIAMS (945-5426).  Lines will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central.
