Responsibilities

The Company will:

  • Establish EEO policies and recruitment techniques in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
  • Monitor, enforce and support efforts to ensure compliance with the Company’s EEO policy, and all applicable federal, state and local requirements.
  • Conduct reviews and analyses of employment practices on a regular basis to ensure equal opportunity exists for all employees
  • Provide avenues for employees to report a complaint about discrimination and/or harassment. 
  • Discuss, review and take prompt and appropriate action on all employee complaints and resolve these complaints to an appropriate conclusion.
