Glen Jasek

Senior Vice President, Transmission, Power & Gulf

Professional Experience
Glen Jasek became Senior Vice President of Transmission, Power & Gulf at Williams in February 2026. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the company’s natural gas transmission, power, and Gulf businesses, with a focus on safe, reliable operations and financial performance across key markets.

Jasek most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Williams’ Eastern Interstates business, where he was responsible for the 10,000-mile Transco natural gas pipeline and Gulf Coast gas storage system supplying major markets across the southeast, mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Previously, Jasek served as Vice President and General Manager of Northwest Pipeline LLC, leading the Northwest Pipeline business, as well as overseeing several Williams gathering and processing franchises and natural gas liquids assets. Earlier, he was Director of Environmental Services for Williams.

Since joining Williams in 1995, Glen has held various roles in Operations, Projects, Safety, and Environmental.

Education
Glen earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, where he was also a member of the Corps of Cadets ROTC leadership program. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration.

Industry/Community Leadership
Glen serves on the board of the Northeast Gas Association and the Executive Council of the Southern Gas Association, and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi’s Coastal Bend Midstream Program. He previously served on the boards of the Northwest Gas Association and the Western Energy Institute.

Glen is also actively involved in several nonprofit organizations including the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the Knights of Columbus, and Unbound. He is also very active in his local church parish.
