Overland Pass Pipeline Company is a joint venture established between ONEOK Partners and Williams in May 2006. The Overland Pass Pipeline includes a 760-mile natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline from Opal, Wyoming, to the Mid-Continent NGL market center in Conway, Kansas, along with 150- and 125-mile extensions into the Piceance and Denver-Julesburg Basins in Colorado, respectively.
The Overland Pass Pipeline is designed to transport approximately 245,000 barrels per day of NGLs.
Ownership
Williams (NYSE: WMB) owns 50 percent of Overland Pass Pipeline Company, LLC and ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) owns the other 50 percent interest. As of April 1, 2011, Williams is the operator of record.
