The Tax Permit section provides guidance for suppliers on tax-related documentation required for transactions with the company. It includes:
- Direct Pay Tax Permits: Information on permits that allow the company to pay sales tax directly to the state.
- Other Exemptions: Details on various tax exemption categories.
- Resale Exemptions: Guidelines for suppliers selling goods for resale, including necessary documentation.
This section ensures suppliers understand and comply with tax documentation requirements when submitting invoices or engaging in transactions.
Direct Pay Tax Permits
NOTE: Sales tax should be billed on all taxable credit card purchases. Direct Pay Tax Permits should not be accepted by vendors for purchases made by Williams.
