Pennsylvania welding inspector Brandon Oltra talks about how local contractors benefit from pipeline infrastructure installation in his home state.

Brandon is working on Williams’ Rock Springs pipeline project in Lancaster County, Pa., nearly 60 years after his grandfather worked on similar pipeline installations in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Additional pipe construction is planned in Lancaster as part of Williams’ Atlantic Sunrise proposal.
