Employee Life

Tribute to Teresa Hagins

The Williams Northwest Pipeline family lost one of our most tenured and celebrated employees this past June. Teresa Hagins passed away from complications related to her battle with pancreatic cancer. Teresa was a 38-year Williams employee who began her career as an Office Administrator for Northwest Pipeline in Gobernador, New Mexico. Her dynamic personality, hard work and passion for strong relationships with her customers allowed her to progress through the organization which ultimately culminated in being described as the “Best Marketing Services Representative” in comments from her peers and customers.

Teresa was more than a colleague to most of us at Williams. She was a friend and a caring and thoughtful person that you could always count on. Teresa made us all better in her pursuit of professionalism and her unwavering love for Williams and her customers. She will be forever missed.

Teresa once said that her perfect vacation would be a quiet little beach on a remote island with plenty of wine. So, next time you have a glass of wine, salute Teresa, as we’re sure she is celebrating on that island with a glass of wine in her hand and an eye on Northwest Pipeline.
