
T.J. Rinke
Professional Experience
T.J. Rinke became Senior Vice President, Gathering & Processing at Williams in June 2025. His responsibilities include overseeing gathering, processing and treating, as well as natural gas liquids transportation, fractionation and storage services across the Western region of the U.S., Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Rinke previously served as vice president and general manager of the of Williams’ Ohio River Supply Hub where he was responsible for all aspects of gathering, processing and fractionation operations - profit and loss, asset strategy, financial planning, joint venture management, and maintenance capital.
Since 2012, Rinke has served in the vice president and general manager role leading multiple large scale operating areas across Williams’ gathering and processing business. These include Central G&P (Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Barnett, Permian, and Anadarko), Wyoming G&P (Greater Green River and Niobrara), and NGL Operations (Conway Underground Storage & Fractionation and Overland Pass Pipeline). He began his career at Williams in 1995 as an intern for MAPCO, working his way through various individual contributor and leadership positions focusing on operations, commercial and business development, and project analysis.
Education
Rinke graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing).
Boards and Industry Leadership
Rinke is currently on the board of Ohio Valley Midstream JV and has served as a board member of Caiman Energy II and Brazos Midstream. He also served on the board of the Propane Education & Research Council.
