Northwest Pipeline has made significant organizational changes to its operational leadership structure. We have moved from 12 districts to five: Seattle (Redmond), Portland (Battle Ground), Eastern Washington (Spokane), Intermountain (Boise) and Uintah (Vernal). With this change, each District reports to their assigned Senior Operations Manager. We have also combined work groups and added a level of leadership in the field where safety and customer service are paramount. 

This structure is designed to allow front-line supervisors to focus their time on the day-to-day work performed by their teams, including training and development. The Operations Supervisors will focus on the high-level operational discipline for each field team which means doing the right task, the right way.
