There is no doubt that in 2020, things changed dramatically for all of us in a very short time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Outside of this, we also faced other challenges in the Pacific Northwest, including wildfires in Washington and Oregon and the earthquake events in Idaho and Utah. Within our Williams family, we were deeply saddened by the passing of Teresa Hagins, our 37-year employee whom many of you worked with over the years.

Despite all of these obstacles, we are extremely proud of our organization for maintaining a safe and reliable system while also going the extra mile to keep themselves, their co-workers and their families safe and healthy. 

As we approach the remainder of the year, we would like to thank you for your support of Williams and Northwest Pipeline. For more than 100 years, Williams has run its business by doing what is right. We pledge to continue this long tradition and be the best service provider in the United States, including right here in the Pacific Northwest.

We wish you and your family happy holidays, and a safe remainder of the year. We thank you for your business and more importantly for your friendship and we look forward to 2021.
