Williams integration of Starlink’s Low Earth Orbit satellite technology is providing reliable, high-speed connectivity remote locations where limited connectivity can be a challenge for field technicians.
This “Always On, Always Connected” initiative ensures safety, boosts operational efficiency and enables real-time documentation, reducing travel and response times.
“Williams is committed to delivering clean energy reliably and efficiently. By leveraging this technology, we ensure nationwide seamless connectivity and strengthen business continuity,” said Larry Larsen, chief operating officer at Williams. “Starlink’s speed and coverage position our network for the future of energy growth.”
This advancement has already returned approximately $6 million in 2025 to operating areas while improving coverage and performance. Williams plans to expand Starlink’s deployment to even more locations between now and 2027.
