The Heart of Williams: 2022 Community Investments Report

Life-saving equipment for first responders. Restoration of recreational trails and building of bridges. STEM education for student success and refurbished computers for nonprofits in need.

These are just a few ways nonprofits benefitted from $14.2 million in charitable donations and 20,000 in employee volunteer hours last year. Our efforts touched more than 2,100 organizations across all 50 states.

Here are some highlights of our impact in 2022:

  • In addition to our employees’ volunteer commitment throughout the year, hundreds of employees volunteered their time and talents across our footprint in our first Williams Volunteer Week.
  • We gave to 275 first responder groups across our operating areas, including departments where our employees volunteer their time as firefighters.
  • We supported 130 local area United Ways in 2022, giving more than $2.4 million.

Involvement in the communities where we operate is at the heart of Williams, said Laura Creekmur, president of the Williams Foundation.

“From volunteerism to charitable giving and in-kind donations, we are invested community members dedicated to making our hometowns stronger.”
